1. Carry all the copies of educational documents (SSC, Inter, B. Tech CMM and OD), Aadhar Card, Passport, Previous company Offer letter, Relieving Letter from Old Company, Experience Letter (if you have), New Company Offer letter, proof from the New Company that PCC is required for what purpose, and 8 to 10 Passport size photos (White color as background).
2. Write a letter for Requesting PCC.
3. Attach all the documents (mentioned in point 1) to PCC request letter and submit at SB (Special Branch) to get the signature from Commissioner. You will get a call once the commissioner signs on your letter.
4. Then, UPSC department will give you an application of 2 copies. Fill the Application for 2 times. In the second page of the application make sure you fill as mentioned in the below table. For every year of your stay from 10th to till now you have to write in detail. Check with UPSC staff if you have any doubts.

5. Paste 3 photos + 3 photos in each document (Total 6 photos). Sign on Thumb Impression at Signature of Applicant or Two specimen section in the application.
6. Meanwhile, Go to SBI Branch opposite to Annapurna Theatre near NTR Complex and get a Challan from ground floor Xerox shop requesting as “Challan for PCC”. (Pay 20 rupees) Share your name and address to get the Challan. Sign on it.
7. Go to 1st floor SBI Branch, take a coupon from the machine and pay 500 rupees for the PCC Challan.
8. Along with that, take one more coupon by selecting desired option, take a deposit form and deposit 500 rupees to the below account.

9. Take 2 copies of the Xerox of the Challans (PCC Challan and Deposit slip). One copy to attach to your application and the other for your reference.
10. Submit the Original Challan and Deposit slip and a copy attached to your application.
11. You will get a call from Verification Officer in a couple of days.
12. Keep a Xerox of Home Tax bill to submit to the Verification Officer. My home property is registered with my mother name.
